Transforming the Essential Emotions - Chakras

This is an invitation to participate in this EXPERIENCE in the world of EMOTIONAL ENERGIES with Daniela Machini, floral therapist, essential oils, reiki and author of the book Essential Emotions: nature as support in the self-healing process. 

It will be 7 weeks of immersion, where each week we will enter an EMOTION related to each CHAKRA. Let's go into its aspects from contraction to awareness and cleansing, and from expansion to truth and transformation. 

It will be done through a closed group on Facebook, where I will start the week on Monday, with information about Chakra, Emotion and Essential Oils. On Thursday, we will have an online meeting on zoom (with the recording in the group for those who can't follow)  with more information, reading the therapeutic oracle and meditation  We will close the week until Sunday, where each participant shares the process of their chakras, through a post in the group... leaving each one's emotional expressive creativity. 

In meditation we will work on opening the chakras through kundalini energy, where we will also seek to bring about transformation through LOVE for the Heart Chakra. It can be an intense process hence the need to connect with group support. 

We will use essential oils, for those who already have it, it will be great to learn a little more and add their incredible energies in this process and know a little more about them, for those who still don't use this amazing NATURE tool, this is an excellent OPPORTUNITY to learn a little more about the great importance of essential oils and their ESSENTIAL role in our lives, and how to use and connect with these gifts from the EARTH.
