Transforming Essential Emotions

This is an invitation to participate in this EXPERIENCE in the world of EMOTIONAL ENERGIES with Daniela Machini, floral therapist, essential oils, reiki and author of the book Essential Emotions: nature as support in the self-healing process. 

It will be 7 days, where each day we will enter an EMOTION related to each CHAKRA. Let's go into its aspects from contraction to awareness and clearing, and from expansion to truth and transformation.  Hours at your convenience. All information was recorded in the group. 

In meditation we will work on opening the chakras through kundalini energy, where we will also seek to bring about transformation through LOVE for the Heart Chakra. It can be an intense process hence the need to connect with group support. 

We will use essential oils, for those who already have it, it will be great to learn a little more and add their incredible energies in this process and know a little more about them, for those who still don't use this amazing NATURE tool, this is an excellent OPPORTUNITY to learn a little more about the great importance of essential oils and their ESSENTIAL role in our lives, and how to use and connect with these gifts from the EARTH.

DAY 2 (TUE 6.10.2020) - Sacral Chakra - Emotion Sacred Sexuality 

DAY 3 (WED 7.10.2020) - Solar Plexus Chakra - Emotion Personal Power

DAY 4 (THU 8.10.2020) - Heart Chakra - Emotion Trust in Love

DAY 5 (FRI 9.10.2020) - Throat Chakra - Emotion Expression

DAY 6 (SAT 10.10.2020) - Front Chakra - Emotion Intuition

DAY 7 (SUN 10.11.2020) - Crown Chakra - Emotion Spiritual Connection

We will do this through a daily connection, probably LIVE in the Facebook group* for those who are available to participate, but which will be recorded. It will be done with an opening talking about the emotion that will be worked, the essential oils indicated and we will close with meditation. A list of suggested Essential Oils that will be used will be sent to the group before starting the experience.
